Leanne Thelma Larson was born February 16, 1952 at Hot Springs, SD to Virgil and Lois (Piscke) Larson. She married Michael Eugene Weideman on April 28, 1984 at Rapid City, South Dakota.

Leanne was a loving wife, friend, mother, and grandmother. She was full of spunk and loved a challenge. She worked hard to provide for her family and be supportive of their dreams and aspirations. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and was able to share a vacation to Disney World with all them in November 2017. She taught her grandchildren about plants, wildlife, and rocks. Leanne enjoyed making crafts for her family arranging from fairy gardens, beaded headbands, quilts, crocheted blankets, and other crafts. Leanne enjoyed Christian music and her favorite group was the Newboys and their song Shine and Entertaining Angels.

Leanne is survived by her husband, Michael, daughter, Hillary, son in law, Luke; their children Emma and Carter; daughter, Amanda, son in law James; their children Cordilia, Rosa, William, Pita, Jolene, John, Cody, and Mark; mother Lois Larson and brother David Larson.

Leanne's favorite Bible verse Psalm 46:10 NIV He says, "Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth."

Memorial Services will be held in the spring of 2019.
