LeRoy E. Siebrecht, 65, of Summerset, SD, died Sunday, April 19, 2015 at the Rapid City Regional Hospital. He was born on November 26, 1949 in Aberdeen, SD to Earl O. and Bernice (Clausen) Siebrecht. LeRoy grew up on the family farm near Ashton, graduating from Redfield High School and Lake Area VoTech in Watertown. He married Colette Isler in 1970 in Watertown and they farmed near Ashton. He sold cars for Kranz Auto Sales and worked at Cellular 2000 in Watertown. He moved to Rapid City in 1978 where he was a realtor for Lewis, Kirkeby & Hall. LeRoy returned to the family farm in 1987 and expanded the hog operation. He owned and operated the Castlewood Steakhouse until 1995. LeRoy moved back to Rapid City and became regional manager for Pegasus Direct TV. He began Rapid Recovery and in 2011 started Elite Legal Process Server Company, which he operated until his death. LeRoy enjoyed hunting, genealogy, classic country music and was a meticulous woodworker. He is survived by his daughter, Teresa Bailly (Jason Arneson), his grandchildren; Brooke and Jake Bailly, all of Haiti, his fiancé, Rachel Tinant, of Summerset and his sister, Karen Carpenter and her husband, Gale, of Holly, MI. LeRoy is preceded in death by his parents and a granddaughter, Paige Bailly, A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM, on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at the Redfield Methodist Church in Redfield. A Memorial has been established.
