RAPID CITY Libby Rowe, 93, Rapid City, died Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2011, at Westhills Village Health Care. Survivors include her husband, Harold N. Rowe, Rapid City; two sons, Douglas Rowe, Piedmont, and Dave Rowe, Black Hawk; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., with 6 p.m. Christian Wake services Friday, Nov. 11, at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 12, at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Perpetual Help with the Rev. Nathan Sparks presiding. Burial will be at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
