Lloyd Allan Leiby was born on March 8th, 1962, in Rapid City South Dakota to Bonnie (Hillery) and James Leiby, Lloyd died unexpectedly on November 1st, 2021, at Monument Health in Rapid City.

Lloyd grew up in Rapid City, South Dakota where he called home for 59 years. Lloyd graduated from Stevens High School in 1980. Lloyd enjoyed anything to do with sports and the outdoors. Lloyd worked at Dodge Town for 30 years and Granite GMC Buick. He enjoyed being around family and always made funny jokes and loved to make people laugh.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Earl and Winnie Leiby, Reba and Ray Hillery, parents James & Bonnie Leiby. He is survived by his brother Mike Leiby and two sisters Jean (Alvino) Jimenez & Jan (Bob) Valdez and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

There will be a viewing at Osheim & Schmidt Thursday November 4th, 2021, from 5-7pm. Funeral will be held Friday November 5th, 2021, at 1:00 pm at Rimrock Church in Johnson Siding. Burial to follow at Mt Calvary Cemetery with a luncheon at 3:00 pm at the Moose Lodge in Rapid City, 841 East St. Patrick St.
