RAPID CITY--Lowell L. 'Boomer' Porter, 70, died at Rapid City Regional Hospital on Saturday, July 12, 2008. Survivors include his wife, Lavina Porter, Rapid City; a son, David A. Porter, Ketchikan, AK; a daughter, Debra A. Therrien, Ontario, Canada; 2 sisters, Betty DeSchamp, Rapid City and Jackie Larson, Sioux City, IA; 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
