Lyle David Welsh, 88, passed away Sunday, June 14, 2015 at the Fountain Springs Health Care in Rapid City with his loving family at his side. He is survived by his wife Helen, son, John Welsh, Billings, Montana, daughter, Nancy Stafford, Sturgis, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Debra K. Danby. A memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 26, at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home. A luncheon will follow at 12:00 noon at Blessed Sacrament Church. Burial will be at Black Hills National Cemetery.
