Rapid City - Marjorie "Marge" B. Robinson, 86, died Saturday, April 12, at Rapid City Regional Hospital. Marjorie Barbara Jager was born April 18, 1927 at Doyon, North Dakota to Dennis and Catherine [Jaeger] Jager. This is the area she attended school and grew to adulthood. She married Jerome Dennis "Robby" Robinson on February 13, 1945 at Devils Lake, North Dakota. Robby then entered the United States Navy. They moved to Rapid City and Marge was a stay at home mom until all her children were adults. She later worked for 25 years at the Golden Living Center - Black Hills Retirement until she retired at the age of 85. She loved gardening, bowling, animals esp. cats, and ceramics. She also loved to read and she loved her church. Survivors include two sons: Dennis [Helen] Robinson of Twin Lakes, Idaho and Donovan [Terri] Robinson of Mills, Wyoming; four daughters: Deborah [Terry] Sullivan of Casper, Wyoming, Vanessa [Jack] McDonald of St. George, Utah, Denice [Jim] Goeman of Hot Springs, SD, and Vivian [Jack Ford] Gisi of Tucson, Arizona; fifteen grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents, husband: Robby on February 9, 2002; one granddaughter: Tara Larson; three daughters: Victoria, Valerie, and Veronica; one son: Dwight; and three brothers: Peter, Edward, and Clarence. Visitation will be 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm Tuesday, April 15 at Our Lady of the Black Hills Catholic Church, 12365 Sturgis Road, Piedmont, with a Christian Wake Service at 7:00 pm. Christian Funeral Mass will be 1:30 pm Wednesday, April 16 at the church with Rev. Steve Biegler officiating. Burial will be at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis, SD at 3:00 pm.
