RAPID CITY- Michael Julian Heidepriem, 63, of Rapid City, passed away September 30, 2014 at his home. Mike was born November 17, 1950 in Piston, Georgia, but grew up in Rapid City with his Mother, Peg Avery, and Father, Dr. Glen Heidepriem. He was a driven sales consultant at Toyota of the Black Hills off and on for the last 20 years where he made many friends amongst his customers and co-workers. When not spending time with his family Mike enjoyed being outside in his garden. He was also an avid fishermen & hunter. Mike's family was very important to him. In the later years of his life he took care of his mother & spent a lot of time with his children & grandchildren. They were his pride & joy. Survivors include his mother, Peg Avery; brother, Glen (Jennifer) Heidepriem; sister, Martha (Monte) McClane; significant other, Jeanne Heidepriem; and their children: Nicky (Josh) Sigety, 39; Michael (Desiree Rosales) Heidepriem, 27; Heather (Jaysen Gibson) Heidepriem, 21; his grandchildren: Nathaniel, Alyssa & Skylar Sigety, Atticus Heidepriem, Alea Heidepriem & nephews Joshua & Jack Heidepriem. Mike's wishes were to be cremated and to have a celebration of his life, which will be held at the Eagles Club (1410 Centre St., Rapid City, SD 57703) at 5PM, Saturday, October 11th.
