RAPID CITY- Michael Ray Joynt beloved son, brother, and father, passed away January 7th 2018, in Rapid City, South Dakota at the age of 56. He was raised in a military family and lived many places including Rapid City where he lived for many years. Michael was born to Walter and Dolores Joynt in Minot, North Dakota.
Michael went to school in Rapid City. As a youth he excelled at baseball and later in life he loved golfing and was an accomplished handyman. He enjoyed working on cars and motorcycles. He loved riding his motorcycle through the Black Hills. While living in Massachusetts he worked as a cook in a hospital cafeteria and as a commercial elevator installer. He became an avid New England Patriots fan. After moving back to the Black Hills he most recently worked at Mountain West Products.
Our brother was preceded in death by our parents Walter and Dolores. We pray for a glorious reunion for them in Heaven.
