Rapid City - Donald Hehner, 89, died Sunday May 17, 2015 at the Westhills Village Health Care Center. Don Hehner was born in Granite City, Illinois on October 24, 1925. He was an Illinois State High School Speech Champion. Don is a WWII Navy Veteran and graduated from Northwestern University in Speech and Drama. Don had 66 great years with his wife Doris. He enjoyed literature and cinema all his life. Don is survived by his wife Doris, daughter Meg, sons Eric and Jeff, granddaughters Mari and Annie. Thanks to Westhills Village for their care. At the request of Don there will be no services.
