Patricia J. Gott, 46, Rapid City, died Sunday, February 14, 2010 in Sturgis. Patty was born on December 22, 1963, in Chamberlain and was adopted when she was 2 years old by Kenneth and Frankie Jo Sayler. She was raised and went to school at Lennox. In 1983, she married Rich Handy, then in 1986, she married Doug Bendel and in 1990, she married Frank Gott. During her lifetime, she enjoyed working at various motels and nursing homes. Surviving are three sons, Jeremy, D. J. and Frankie; her father, Kenneth Sayler and step-mother Norma; a sister, Rochelle 'Rocky'; two brothers, Reed and Jordon; 2 step-brothers, Jeff and James "Jamie" and three step-sisters, Christy, Robin and Lisa. She was preceded in death by her mother, Frankie Jo in 1989 and her husband Frank Gott in March of 2009. Visitation will be one hour prior to services, which will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 27, at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home. Burial will be at Black Hills National Cemetery.
