Patricia "Patty" Seim, age 56 of Rapid City, passed away on Sunday, March 12, 2017 at her home in Rapid City.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am Thursday, March 16, 2017 at the Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home in Rapid City with Pastor John Dennis, officiating.  Visitation will be on Wednesday evening from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at the funeral home

A Funeral Service will also be held at 11:00am Friday, March 17, 2017 at Rosebud Lutheran Church near Shadehill, SD with Pastor Charlotte Kvale, officiating.  Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church. Burial at the Seim Cemetery at Shadehill, SD.

PATRICIA ANN TICHI was born on December 1, 1960 at Faith, SD to Samuel and Connie (Whittlenger) Tichi.  Patricia grew up in the Isabel, Mobridge, Flagstaff, AZ, and then Mobridge areas.  Patricia graduated from Flagstaff High School.  She lived in Pierre and then Watertown where she met her husband, Eric.

Patricia and Eric were united in marriage on August 26, 1989 in Rapid City.  They lived in Rapid City where she worked in a restaurant and then at Wal-Mart where she was employed for 12 years.  She then babysat children at her home.

Patricia loved to crochet dolls and watch children.  She has a large collection of doll angels and bells.

Patricia is survived by her husband, Eric, Rapid City, SD; son, James Seim, Springfield, SD; 3 sisters, Margaret (Tom) Broadbent,, Black Hawk, SD; Susan (Tony) Scheuermann, Salinas, CA; Vicky Bodily, Boise, ID; one brother, Allen (Rosenda) Tichi, San Jose, CA; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, and nieces.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Alice Gorman, her nephew, Kenneth Heuer,maternal and paternal grandparents, and great niece.
