RAPID CITY - Paul Crecelius died at home on June 1st 2023 at the age of 89.

Paul is survived by wife, Maxine, his son Charlie, his daughter Tracy, step-son Scott, and step-daughter Sheri.

Paul served our country as an active member in the Air Force for 21 years and served 21 more years for the National Weather Service.  He and Maxine were able to enjoy traveling, fishing, and daily walks. He loved life and never met a stranger.  His favorite saying was "Everyday was a good day".

His Celebration of life is scheduled for June 29 at 11:00 am at Rimrock Evangelical Church.

Burial will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis with military honors rendered by the Ellsworth Air Force Base Honor Guard.
