Rapid City – Paul Davis, 91, died Saturday, January 29, 2022 at the Monument Health Home Plus Hospice House.

Paul Duane Davis was born May 29, 1930 in Phillip, SD to Dial and Anna [Butzman] Davis. He attended school in Phillip and Ft. Pierre.

He married Bertha Parks in August of 1952 in Onida, SD. They moved to Rapid City and Paul had his own business of painting, texturing, and taping until he retired.

Paul is survived by two sons: Dale Davis and Dean Davis of Rapid City; five grandchildren: Josh, Jordan Cody, Alice, and Owen; and one great grandchild: Phineas.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Bertha on February 2, 2021, one sister Ida, and one brother Edward.

There will be visitation from 4:00 to 5:00 pm Wednesday, February 2 at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home.

Graveside Services will be at 11:00 am Central Time Zone, Thursday, February 3 at the Scotty Philip Memorial Cemetery at Ft. Pierre, SD.
