Priscilla was born April 13, 1957 in Old Cheyenne Agency to True V. and Nancy K. (Iron Bird) Clown. Priscilla grew up in Dupree, SD and attended Dupree High School. Priscilla married Leon Hale in 1974 and gave birth to their daughter Dawn and in 1976 she gave birth to their son Rusty. In 1998, Priscilla and Leon adopted their son Leon Alan Olvera. Priscilla and Leon raised Davina Dupris as their daughter since 2007.

In her younger years, Priscilla was considered a tom boy and started playing on a traveling fast pitch softball team known as the Silver Bullets with her sister Inez that was coached by Mary Jane Tiokasin. While playing for this traveling team, Priscilla was selected to play in Denver, CO for an all-star team. Priscilla was known for competing in predominantly male only competitions. One time her uncle Eldred let her drive his demolition car and she ended up taking first place. However, when they took off Priscilla's helmet and the men realized that they lost to a lady they did not want to pay the prize money to her. One of Priscilla's passions was throwing horseshoes because her and her husband Leon would travel to horseshoe tournaments in different states and reservations. Throughout these journeys and these tournaments, Leon and Priscilla won first place championships multiple times over the years.

Priscilla and Leon devoted most of their time to loving and helping raise their grandchildren and testifying and witnessing for the Lord. During their last years together, Priscilla and Leon traveled together to and from Hot Springs, SD to complete dialysis together. Throughout the last years of their lives, they also overcame and defeated many health problems through faith and prayer. In the end, Priscilla's desire to be home with her grandchildren and her house was great. However, her missing and asking for her husband and the love that she had for him was greater. We know that Priscilla wanted to be reunited with her husband in heaven.
