Randall Christensen, 68, of Sturgis, ended his battle with ALS on October 2nd, 2018. He was born November 26th, 1949 in Norfolk, NE to Gale and Grace Christensen of Pierce, NE.

Randall served as President of the South Dakota Reined Cow Horse Association. He also served on the Board of Directors for the Central States Fair Grounds. He was awarded the 2015 WPRA Best Footing Award Winner at the NFR.

Randall is survived by his two children Dean Christensen of Scottsbluff, NE and Julie Eisenbraun of Rapid City; as well by his grand-daughters Abigail and Presley, his grand-sons Miles, Stone, Weston, and Tucker and his step-grandchildren Seth, Payton, and Braelyn.

Services will be held on Monday, October 8th at 3:00 pm at the James Kjerstad Event Center located at the Central States Fair Grounds in Rapid City.

In Lieu of flowers the family is asking that donations be made to a memorial that has been set up in his honor under his name at www.alsa.org .
