Rapheal P. "Ray" Harrison, 35, died at his home after a hard fought battle with cancer on Wednesday, March 22, 2017.

Ray was born January 21, 1982 in Chamberlain, SD to Maryann Leanna and Stephen Harrison. He lived most of his life in Rapid City.

Ray loved to make people laugh with his jokes and sense of humor. His nephews and nieces loved to hang out with him and play video games and wrestle.

Ray is survived by his parents; Maryann Leanna (Chuck Cummings), Rapid City, Greg Towry (Dar McBride), Spearfish, brothers; Travis Towry, Spearfish, Rev. Steve Harrison, Springfield, SD, sisters; Leanne (Rick) Morris, Cheyenne, WY, Misty (Mike) Smith, Marshalltown, IA, Tatiana Towry, Spearfish, grandmother Roberta Harrison, Bad Nation, SD,  numerous aunts and uncles and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Raphael Leanna, Paul Harrison and grandmother, Maria Leanna.

A visitation will be held from 5:00pm until 9:00pm, Monday, March 27, 2016 at the Mother Butler Center.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday, Mar 28 at the Mother Butler center. Interment will be in Pine Lawn Memorial Park.
