RAPID CITY- Rechinda R. Bryant, 69, of Rapid City, passed away on Sunday, December 17, 2017, at Rapid City Regional Hospice House.

Rechinda was one of seven children born to the late Elaine Walker & Earl Wilson. She was a sibling to Judy Darnell, Detroit, Michigan; LaMarr Coe, Stranton, Pennsylvania; Ruth Meeks, Iowa; Cassandra Davis, Detroit, Michigan; Lois Walker, Seattle, Washington; and Clarence Walker, White Fish, MT.

Rechinda married Leonard W. Bryant in June 3, 1976 in Rapid City. To this union, three children were born.

She was employed for many years at SCI Electronic Co. Rechinda later went to Western Dakota Tech where she received her Associates Degree in Business Management.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Elaine Walker; father, Earl Wilson; and her stepdad Morgan Walker.

Rechinda is survived by her husband, Leonard; children: Trivina (Bryant) Johnson, Brush, Colorado; Reggie E. Bryant, New York, New York; and Marlene Bryant, Rapid City; three grandchildren: Kendric Oldenberg; Shayanne Lundborg; and Arianna Beasley all of Brush, Colorado.

She will be remembered for being a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.

Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 28, at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home.

Services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, December 29, at Knollwood Heights United Methodist Church with Rev. Sharla McCaskell officiating.

Burial will follow at Black Hills National Cemetery at 1:00 p.m.
