Reynold G. Rausch, 61, of Rapid City, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 10, 2019.

Reynold Gerard Rausch was born October 24 ^th, 1957 in Hoven, South Dakota to the late Harold and Ruth (Miles) Rausch. Reynold grew up in Hoven, South Dakota and attended St. Anthony's Elementary School and graduated Hoven High School in 1975. He attended Lake Area Technical Institute in Watertown and graduated with an electronics degree.

He worked for SCI and later worked for Heavy Constructors in Rapid City for about 32 years. His passion was building electronic equipment. He enjoyed the outdoors and target shooting.

He is survived by his brothers Arnold Rausch, Donald Rausch, and Larry Rausch and sister, LaVonne Kruse. He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews. He is preceded by Harold Rausch, Ruth Rausch Van Well, Alois Van Well, Andy Van Well, Sheila Rausch, and son Larry Carl Lehmen Rausch. He will be greatly missed by all.

A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, April 25, 2019 from 5-7 at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home followed by a Wake service at 7.

Christian Funeral Mass will be offered at 10:00am on Friday, April 26 at St Therese Catholic Church.
