Patricia Arlene Pesek, 93, formerly of Rapid City, South Dakota, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, in Aurora, Colorado.

Born December 26, 1931, in Aberdeen, South Dakota, Patricia was the daughter of Louis Clark Mansfield and Ethel Mildred Roth. She was raised in Rapid City, where she met the love of her life, Richard Pesek. Together, they shared 68 years of marriage, building a loving and enduring legacy.

A devoted mother, Patricia was incredibly proud of her family. She is survived by six of her children: David Pesek, Donald Pesek (Misty Pesek), Lorri Krush, Cheryl Pesek, Gail Poole, and Dale Pesek; her brother Michael Mansfield; 13 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Richard, her eldest children Rhonda Pesek and Douglas Pesek, and her brothers Louis and Gary Mansfield.

Patricia's life was one of quiet strength, unwavering love, and deep faith. She found joy in her family and cherished the many memories they made together.

In accordance with Richard and Patricia's final wishes, they will be laid to rest together alongside their children Rhonda and Douglas, and her brother Gary. A funeral mass and celebration of Patricia's life will be offered at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 12, 2025 at Blessed Sacrament Church.
