RAPID CITY - Richard C. Pelky,57, Rapid City, died Thursday, Dec. 23, 2010, at home. Survivors include his mother, Jacqueling Braunstein, Rapid City, and a brother, Larry Pelkey, Corinth, Ky. Visitation will be for one hour before services, which will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 29, at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home, with the Rev. Dwight Stensgaard officiating. Burial will be at Mountain View Cemetery.
