Robert L. Caswell, 74, passed away at Rapid City Regional Home Plus Hospice House on Saturday, September 28, 2019.

He was born on August 29, 1945, in Rapid City, South Dakota to Edward Robert and Evelyn Estelle (Chalmers) Caswell.

Survivors include his wife, Robin Caswell, Rapid City; a daughter, Melissa (Richard) Farwell, Browns Valley, MN; 2 step sons, Kevin Davison, Rapid City and Shane Davison, New Mexico; a brother, Joe (Betty) Caswell, Fredericksburg, VA; a sister, Lillian Allgier, Rapid City; 4 grandsons, Andrew (Dianna) Birkholz, Christopher Birkholz, Samuel (Veronica) Birkholz and Toby Davison.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Christy Caswell, a brother LaVern 'Bud' Caswell and a sister, Doris Mae Talley.

A celebration of life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 19, at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home.

Burial will be in the Hill City Cemetery.
