Robert L. Haugen, 84, of Rapid City, died at a local nursing home on Friday, April 12, 2019.
Graveside services will be held at 2:30pm, Monday, April 15, 2019 at Black Hills National Cemetery. Friends may meet at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral home for departure to the cemetery at 1:45pm.
