Roberta (Bobbie Jean) Blair was born in Augusta, GA October 2, 1944 to Robert Booth Blair and Charlot Eleza Blair.  After Robert was discharged from the Army the couple lived in Nebraska where a second child, Sharon Leane Blair was born June 26, 1947.

The family moved often due to his career on the railroad and eventually made Chadron, Nebraska their final home where both daughters attended Chadron Public Schools.

On July 20, 1963 she married Don Littrel and the couple made their home on the Littrel family ranch outside of Chadron.  Four daughters were born from the couple:  Joanie Liane Littrel, Gina Kaye Littrel, Jill Renee Littrel and Justin Rae Littrel.

Bobbie was dedicated to her family and was always proud of her daughters and all they accomplished.  Their home on the ranch was very often a happy place for gatherings for family and friends.

Bobbie eventually moved to Rapid City with daughters; Gina Jill and Justin and grandson Shawn Littrel.  She became acquainted with Nick Brandner and they were married.  They loved shopping for antiques.  They created Top of the Hill Antique Store in Hill City, SD.  Nick passed away November 9, 2022.

She adored her daughters and her grandsons.  Shawn was born August 15, 1986, Hunter Casey was born March 16, 2004 and Carson Casey was born March 24, 2005.  Later, grandson Shawn would marry Laura and they would have Finley and Avery.  These great-grandchildren completed her joy.

She is survived by her daughters; Joanie, Gina, Jill and Justin; son-in-law Dan Casey (Justin); grandsons Shawn, Hunter and Carson; great grandchildren Finley and Avery; sister Sharon Scheef-Wilkinson; nephews Jason (Jodi) Preble, Rob (Nicole) Preble.

She will be forever missed as a loving, brilliant parent, sister, auntie, grandmother and great grandmother.

Family and friends are invited to a graveside service at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 23, 2025, at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Rapid City.   A memorial service will be held at Clarkson Health Care, 1015 Mountain View Road at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 23.
