RAPID CITY- Ronald Joseph Saucier, 60, died May 11, 2016.

Ron was born on February 11, 1956 in Detroit, Michigan to Mary Julia (Ellis) and Romeo "Jack" Saucier.

Ron was an avid theatre buff. His favorite musical was Hello Dolly. He dreamed of producing the show for the stage at the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center. That dream was never fulfilled.

Ron graduated from Detroit's Cody High School in 1974. He attended Wayne State University graduating in 1978. He began a career as a blueprint operator for General Motors Corporation shortly after graduating from college until General Motors Blueprint Division was closed in 1994. He then worked for Capital Reproductions until 2001 when he moved to South Dakota. He then worked for Sanmina SCI and was currently employed at the East North McDonald's where he was their Customer Service Representative until his untimely death.

He is survived by his brothers: David Michael Branum, Rapid City; Bobby Dean Branum, Florence, CO, Benedict Scabby Face, Oglala; Donroy Titus, Oglala; sisters: Regina Branum, Clarkston, MI; Judy Taylor, Knoxville, TN; Karen Titus, Sioux Falls; Connie Ho Waste, Oglala; Judy Grass, Oglala; Sissy Titus, Oglala; Darlene Walks Out, Pine Ridge; Beverly Belt, Oglala; Pauline Two Bulls, Oglala; Adrienne White Dress, Rapid City; Adrienne White Dress, Rapid City; Gloria Martin Scabby Face, Oglala; and Nichole White Dress, Oglala.

He was preceded in death by his parents Romeo "Jack" Saucier and Mary Julia (Ellis) Saucier and brother, Christopher Glenn Branum.

Funeral Services will be at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, May 19, 2016 at Brother Rene Hall in Oglala with Bishop Bob Hatch officiating.

Interment will be at Our Lady of the Sioux Catholic Cemetery in Oglala.
