Rosemary Ellen Krammer, 85, of Rapid City, SD, passed away on the afternoon of Saturday, March 29th, 2025, at Avantara Mountain View, with her loving sister Judy Berglund and husband, David Chada, at her side.

She was born on November 20th, 1939, in Chicago, IL, the daughter of the late John and Romona Peterson Krammer. She was preceded in death by both parents, John and Romona Peterson Krammer, and her older sister, Marion Pedro. She will be missed by her sister Judy Berglund and husband, David, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.

Although Rosemary never married and did not have children of her own, she always took the time to care for her sister's children. Rosemary lived in Connecticut for some time to help her older sister Marion Pedro with her five children and also took care of Judy's two boys. When the time came, she also took care of their children—her great-nieces and nephews. She had all of us to call family instead of having one of her own. In Judy's words, she was a "true babysitter and loved every minute of it."

Rosemary took care of and watched over everyone, and she still will—but now, she is resting in heaven. She will be the family's guardian angel forever until we meet again.

There will be a funeral service held on Friday, April 4th, 2025, at 2:30 pm at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home (2700 JacksonBlvd, Rapid City, SD 57702), followed by a burial at Pine Lawn Memorial Park in Rapid City, SD. There will be a dinner at Country Market 2 (2803 Deadwood Ave, Rapid City, SD.
