RAPID CITY - Ruth G. Winter, 75, died Friday, March 13, 2012. Survivors include her husband, Milo Winter, Rapid City; son, Paul Winter, Rapid City; daughter, Ann Mader, Garretson; six grandchildren; two sisters, Caroline Gullickson, Brookings, and Mary Ann Little, Ormund Beach, Fla.; and brother, Neal Luebke, Minneapolis. Prayer services will be at 7 p.m. Friday, March 16, at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 17, at South Canyon Lutheran Church with the Rev. Bruce Thalacker officiating. Inurnment will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday, March 16, at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis. A memorial has been established for the Rapid City Public School Foundation and the Salvation Army of Rapid City.
