Sarah E. Frazier, 77, passed away at Rapid City Regional Hospital on Friday, December 19, 2008. Survivors include a son, James Donald Frazier and his wife, Cheryl, Rapid City; 2 daughters, Julie Neimann, Tijeras, NM and Eva Phillips, Chespeake, VA. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 29, at Santa Fe National Cemetery in Santa Fe, NM.
