RAPID CITY - Sean David Rice, 41, Rapid City Sean David Rice, 41, Rapid City, died Sunday October 2 at his home. Sean was born August 19, 1970 at Wright Patterson Air Force Base at Fairborn, Ohio. He attended and graduated from high school. He entered the United States Air Force and served and was later honorably discharged. He has been a resident of Rapid City, SD the past 20 years. Sean presently is co-operator of Dunn Brothers Coffee in Rapid City with Robert Klinefelter. Survivors include his mother and step-father: Kathryn Ubry Hart and Roger; brother: Jeff [Krista] Rice; step sister: Andrea [Anthony] Monhollen-Hart; grandmother: Mary Jo Cassidy; aunt: Linda [Mark] Shearer; niece: Mallory Rice; nephews: Tyler and Cody Rice; numerous cousins; special friend: Hollee Hook; life partner and best friend: Robert Klinefelter; and two furry children: Shadow and Sol. Sean was preceded in death by his grandfather: Jack Ubry and aunt: Jackie Myers. There will be visitation at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home, 2700 Jackson Boulevard, Rapid City on Saturday, October 8 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. There will be services in South Charleston, Ohio at a later date and burial at Greenlawn Cemetery with services being directed by Jackson-Lytle-Lewis Funeral Home of South Charleston, Ohio.
