Sharon I. Shorter, 49, Rapid City, died at Rapid City Regional Hospital on Saturday, November 21, 2009. Survivors include her husband, John F. Shorter, two daughters, Jennifer Stanton and Elizabeth Shorter, a son, Shaun Shorter and 2 grandchildren, all of Rapid City. Visitation will be from 3 until 5 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 29, at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home. Services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 30 at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home with Rev. Herb Cleveland officiating. Interment will be at Black Hills National Cemetery. A memorial has been established.
