Stacy Sophia Holt was born on June 27th 1968 in Aberdeen, SD, to Marilyn Lammle and the late Valdemar Jacobson.

Stacy graduated from Roscoe High School in South Dakota.

She received her degree in Nursing from Presentation College in Aberdeen.

Stacy married Paul Alan Holt in December 1987. They lived together in Vermont, before returning to South Dakota.

She started working for Regional Health, now Monument Health, in 1996 having tenured a 28-year long career as a Registered Nurse with her last position in Hospice Health in which she was a warm and compassionate caregiver.

Stacy passed away Sunday, November 10th at Monument Health at the age 56.

Stacy enjoyed cooking for family and friends. Spending time with her extended family. Traveling with family and friends. She had an infectious laugh and a steadfast attitude towards life.

She is survived by her husband Paul Holt and her three children: Jordan Holt, Haley (Doug) McCambridge, and Jacob Holt all in Rapid City.

She is also survived by her three grandchildren whom she loved dearly: Winnie McCambridge, Ellis Holt and Charlie Holt.

There will be no funeral services held at this time.

The Holt family would like to express their appreciation to the nurses and staff who cared for her in her final days.

Stacy will be greatly missed by her entire family and friends.
