Suzanne Louise Fisher 76 of Rapid City passed away Wednesday, January 12, 2022.

A memorial service will be 11:00am Thursday, January 20, 2022, at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home, with Pastor Darren Purdy officiating. Inurnment will follow at the Mt View Cemetery in Rapid City. Online condolences can be left at www.osheimschmidt.com

Our loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, cousin, and friend was born in Richmond, Missouri to Ray Winn and Olivia Finke. Suzy was a smart, funky, fun, and loving woman who was generous to everyone. As the mother of 4 sons, she became "mom" to many, always quick with a hug or to make sure all were fed. Her spunky personality and infectious energy made her quick friends with nearly everyone and her selfless devotion, a cherished life-long friend for many. She moved to Rapid City, SD with her husband and boys in 1985 and has touched so many lives in the region; first with the American Red Cross, where she handled disaster response planning and then as a committed advocate at West River Mental Health and for the homeless through Pot of Gold. She and her husband George also lived in ND and Sioux Falls before Suzanne returned to Rapid City following George's death in 2002.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Olivia, her father Raymond, her husband George and her grandson, Derek.

She is survived by her four sons: Paul Kieper of Lincoln, NE, Doug and Erin Kieper of Vashon, WA, Scott and Chelsea Kieper of Commerce City, CO and Mark Kieper of Rapid City, SD, eleven grandchildren, three great grandchildren and a cousin.
