Tedda W. Burton, 84, of Rapid City died on August 7, 2025 surrounded by family at Avantara St. Cloud.  She is survived by her husband Lonny Burton of Rapid City, her children Lisa (Burton) Bella (Ken Bella) of Rapid City, Lori (Burton) Newcomb (Mark Newcomb) of St. Albans, WV, and Lance Burton (Tracy Burton) of Hardeeville, SC.  She also leaves behind multiple grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Tedda Enjoyed flower gardening and working with dogs as a groomer.  She later moved to South Carolina and did bookkeeping and management for construction companies.  Tedda worship her brother who attended Marshall University in Huntington, WV.  In Tedda's words "Go Herd!"

Tedda was born in Logan, Ohio on July 28, 1941, eventually settling in Williamstown, WV, where she met and married her high school sweetheart, Lonny.

She is preceded in death by her dad Herb Woody, Jr. and mom, Eleanor Woody, brother Pat Woody and grandson Charlie Blair.

Tedda's final resting place will be Riverview Cemetery in Williamstown, WV.
