Teresa Ann Elliott, 69, died of cancer on Thursday, Jan. 5, 2017, at Fountain Springs Health Care. She was born Oct. 22, 1947, in Rapid City to Frank J. and Donna J. (Naeve) Radlinger.

Teri married Keith Manning in 1965 and had one child, daughter Shelley. After her divorce, Teri bartended while getting a degree in accounting from the National College of Business. For graduation, Teri bought herself a brand new yellow VW Bug.

She met Bart Elliott and in 1978. Bart loaded Teri and Shelley into a truck and moved to Phoenix, Pinetop and Shola, AZ, Nashville, TN, and Wichita, KS. Bart and Teri were married on May 23, 1980. In Wichita, Teri worked for a professional accounting firm. In 1986, she kept books for her husband's business as they traveled Kansas, Missouri, Illinois and Colorado. Landing back in Rapid City, Teri retired in 1991.

Teri was happy being a homemaker, taking care of Bart, her house, her animals and her garden. She enjoyed Bingo, garage sales, thrift stores and late night computer games.

Teri was preceded in death 28 days earlier by her husband, Bart Elliott; her stepdaughters, Lisa Perry and Dawn Bove; her father, Frank Radlinger; and her brothers, David, Richard and Michael Radlinger.

She is survived by her mother, Donna J. Haberle; daughter, Shelley Bail; brothers, Dennis and Daniel Radlinger; many cousins, including Charlie and Gwen Ray; stepmother and friend, Sandy Radlinger; daughters-in-law, Debra and Barbatra Radlinger; stepsons, Randy and Jason Elliott; as well as many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great ones.

Funeral services for Barton and Teresa will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 14, at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home.

Interment will be at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 17, at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis, with military honors for Bart.
