Tony R. Watts, 53, died at his home on Monday, December 1, 2014. He was born on September 8, 1961, in Vermillion to Clyde and Jean (Rees) Watts. He graduated from high school in Vermillion and attended Western Iowa Technical Institute. Tony moved to Rapid City in 1984. Tony enjoyed the Black Hills and loved to hunt and fish. Survivors include his parents, Clyde and Jean Watts, of Vermillion; 3 brothers, John (Judy) Watts, of Piedmont, Bob Watts, of Black Hawk, Mike (Sandy) Watts, of Spirit Lake, IA and nieces and nephews, Nick and Alex Watts, both of Spirit Lake, Rebecca Watts, of Rapid City, Jeremy Watts, of Denver and Jesse Watts, of Piedmont. He was preceded in death by his dog, Chessie. A memorial reception will be held from 5 until 7 pm at on Monday, December 8, at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home.
