Hill City Tracy L. Kline, 45, of Hill City, died Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at her residence. Survivors include her husband Dayton, of Hill City, a son; Zachariah Kline of Hill City, a daughter; Jennifer Epperson of Ft. Bragg, North Carolina, three stepdaughters; Christina Kline, Piedmont, Shelby Klemm, Black Hawk and Laurie Kline, Rapid City, her father; Kenneth Simpson, Terrell, Texas, a sister; Kelly Lewis of Forney, Texas, a brother; Butch Simpson of Quinlan, Texas and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother Carol Simpson of Terrell Texas. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, July 6, 2009 at The Little White Church in Hill City with Rev. Ron Walker officiating. Burial will follow at Black Hills National Cemetery. A memorial has been established.
