Obituary

Rapid City In July of 2004 at the young age of 26, Troy Jason Klugs name was called. He will raise you up on eagles wings and hold you in the palm of his hand. And so his soul and spirit left to be with the Lord in Heaven. He took that outstretched Hand to join all those that have gone before, a true gift. Troy was born May 27, 1978 in Rapid City to Ronald and Anita (Joyce) Hinsch-Klug, baptized at Cathedral Of Our Lady Of Perpetual Help and received first Holy Communion and Confirmation later there. He attended his school years in Rapid City and was very active in scouts and numerous sports like track, baseball and he had a true love for soccer. He was very light and fast on his feet and ran like a deer; he truly loved those sports that he could use his God given abilities. He loved hunting, fishing, camping and hiking with his father and friends. He especially loved preparing for proms, dressing in tuxedos, participating with that one special gal, giving flowers, going to dinner and dances. a long with the whole attire. Then there was work, most of the time he was employed in the masonry and construction business. All too soon he met with an untimely and devastating passing and will be greatly missed. Survivors include his mother, Anita (Joyce) Hinsch-Klug, Florence, SD, a half sister; Jolene J Coon-Shear and her husband Joe, Clarksville, TN, a maternal grandmother; Maxine Hinsch, New Brighton, MN, a aunt; Marjorie Swearingen and her husband Fred, Sioux Falls, six uncles; Douglas Hinsch and his wife Kelly, New Brighton, Darold Hinsch and Jan, Cambridge, MN, Neil Hansen and Linda, Greensboro, NC, Dennis and Kevin Klug of Rapid City, godparents; Robert and Colleen Klug, Houston, Tx. and numerous cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald E. Klug of Rapid City, paternal grandparents; Harold and Elaine Klug of Rapid City, maternal grandparent; Edward Hinsch of Isle, MN, two cousins; Rane and Shelly Klug . Visitation will be from 5 to 7 pm on Friday, June 5, 2009 and one hour prior to services at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral Home with Rev. William Zandri officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Rapid City. A memorial has been established.
