RAPID CITY- William "Bill" Erickson, 56, died on Friday, September 28, 2012 at home. Survivors include five children: Mandy (Rick) Gaitan, Bitburg, Germany; Tim (Tessa) Erickson, Rapid City; Matthew Erickson and girlfriend, Ashli Namanny, Rapid City; Phillip Erickson, Camp Verde, AZ; and Shasta Smith, Rapid City; mother of children, Karleen Erickson, Camp Verde, AZ; three brothers, Kenny (Ellen) Erickson and Gary (Vicki) Erickson, both of Rapid City; and Kevin Erickson, Arizona; two sisters, Lori Skyberg and Linda Erickson, both of Rapid City; and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gordon and Doris Erickson; brother, Larry Erickson; and cousin, Gordy Erickson. Visitation will be from 5-7:00 p.m., Thursday, October 4, 2012 at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home in Rapid City. Services will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, October 5, at the Funeral Home with Rev. Brent Woodard officiating. Interment will follow at Pine Lawn Memorial Park in Rapid City.
